New Partner in Germany SMT

Since June﹐ Kensho Shyan Sheng Hitech Co.﹐ Ltd. has a new partner in Germany. The partnership with SMT Thermal Discoveries was established at this year’s SMT Hybrid Packaging in Nuremberg﹐SMT Thermal Discoveries provides the unique solution on the market and won a lot of prizes﹐ such as Winner 2010﹐ 2014﹐ 2016 Global Technology Awards. Their Void Free Soldering System has sold over 110 pieces.
SMT vacuum reflow soldering system is especially characterized by long life time and high process reliability.
